Welcome to Envok. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, free consultations, and inquiries about our products and services.
Paid Managed Local Presence engagements also require a separate customer service agreement and selected written authorizations. The executed customer agreement governs the specific paid engagement where its provisions differ from these general website terms, subject to applicable law.
1. About Envok
Envok LLC is an independent business-services company.
Envok is not Google and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Google Business Profile itself is free. Envok charges separately for optional professional management, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
Customers retain ownership and control of their Google Business Profiles.
2. Free Google Presence Check
Envok offers a complimentary 15-minute Google Presence Check.
This consultation may include discussion of publicly available business information, potential opportunities, service suitability, and possible next steps.
The consultation is free. Booking it does not enroll you in a subscription, require payment, or obligate you to purchase services.
Any suggestions are informational and do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
3. Managed Local Presence Service
Our standard offer is:
$399 per month
No setup fee
Month-to-month recurring subscription
One eligible Google Business Profile
Included 20–30-minute Concierge Start
Seven-calendar-day refund of the initial subscription payment, upon timely request
The standard service includes defined Google review-management, profile-maintenance, monitoring, competitor-observation, and reporting activities.
Specific allowances, approval requirements, exclusions, and delivery timelines are provided in the customer service agreement.
The standard service is not designed for every business. Envok may decline a proposed engagement if the profile is ineligible, suspended, disputed, inaccessible, or requires work beyond our service capacity or agreed scope.
4. Authorization and Customer Ownership
Customers remain the owners of their Google Business Profiles.
When authorized, Envok ordinarily receives Manager-level access. We do not require account passwords or ownership transfers.
Before management activities begin, customers must complete the applicable service agreement, select and sign the necessary permissions, provide required onboarding information, and grant verified Manager access.
Review replies and material profile changes are performed only within the customer's selected authorization and approval requirements.
5. Pricing and Recurring Billing
For enrolled customers, the standard management fee is $399 per month, with no setup fee or minimum subscription term.
The subscription renews monthly until canceled.
Before Envok collects a recurring payment, the customer must receive the applicable billing terms and expressly authorize the recurring charges through the approved enrollment process.
The enrollment process will identify the payment amount, first charge, renewal schedule, and available cancellation method.
A free consultation does not begin a paid subscription.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Customers may cancel future monthly renewals at any time.
Cancellation requests may be submitted to admin@envok.net or through an available self-service billing method.
A valid cancellation request received before the next scheduled payment is processed stops that renewal. No retention call or explanation is required.
The seven-calendar-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial subscription payment only. A timely refund request must be made under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation does not automatically provide a prorated refund for an already-started billing period, except where the initial-payment guarantee, the executed customer agreement, or applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Service Termination and Google Access
Customers may revoke authorized profile-management permissions.
If the customer withdraws all management authorization in writing, Envok will also treat that notice as cancellation of future subscription renewals.
Envok will stop activities no longer authorized and coordinate any appropriate handoff. We will relinquish applicable Google management access promptly and within Google's required timeframe.
Unless authorization is withdrawn or immediate termination is requested, remaining agreed work for the paid period may continue according to the customer agreement.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business information and have the authority to grant the permissions they select.
Customers are responsible for the truthfulness and legal compliance of their business details, operating hours, services, claims, and other information they approve for publication.
Customers must comply with applicable laws and Google Business Profile policies.
9. Service Exclusions and Performance
Unless separately agreed in writing, our standard service does not include paid advertising, website development, full website SEO, social-media account management, complex profile reinstatement, ownership-dispute resolution, or unlimited content and review responses.
Envok does not guarantee specific search rankings, review ratings, review removals, calls, appointments, customers, sales, or revenue.
Google independently controls its platform, policies, publishing decisions, and profile availability.
10. Reviews and Marketing Integrity
Envok does not create fake reviews, offer prohibited review incentives, selectively solicit only positive feedback, or manipulate reviews in violation of applicable platform rules.
Customer reviews, client business information, and performance reports will be handled in accordance with applicable permissions and our Privacy Policy.
11. Website Materials
The website and its original Envok branding, text, and service materials are provided for informational and business purposes.
You may not falsely represent yourself as Envok or use our branding in a way that implies authorization or endorsement.
We aim to keep website information accurate, but may correct errors or update descriptions as appropriate.
12. Changes to These Terms
Envok may update its general website terms by posting a revised version with a new update date.
Material changes to an existing paid customer relationship remain subject to the executed agreement, any required notices or consents, and applicable law.
