Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe business owners should know what they are paying for, how to request a refund, and how to stop a subscription without unnecessary obstacles.

This policy applies to Envok's Managed Local Presence subscription.

1. Subscription Price

Our standard Managed Local Presence service costs:

$399 per month, with no setup fee.

The subscription is month-to-month, with no long-term minimum commitment. It renews automatically each month until canceled.

The subscription covers one eligible Google Business Profile under the scope of the applicable customer service agreement.

2. Seven-Day First-Payment Money-Back Guarantee

If you decide the service is not right for your business, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment within seven calendar days after that payment is charged.

You do not need to provide a reason.

To request your refund, email admin@envok.net within the seven-calendar-day window.

Include your business name and the email address associated with your subscription so we can locate the payment.

We will honor a valid refund request received within the eligibility window even if processing the refund takes additional time.

The seven-day guarantee applies to the initial subscription payment only. It does not automatically apply to later renewal payments.

When an initial-payment refund is issued, the subscription ends, future recurring charges are stopped, and the appropriate offboarding process begins.

This policy does not restrict any additional refund rights provided by applicable law.

3. Cancel Future Renewals Anytime

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

To cancel, email admin@envok.net or use a self-service cancellation method provided through our billing system when available.

Please identify the business and subscription associated with your request.

We will not require a sales call, explanation, or additional purchase to cancel.

A valid cancellation received before the next scheduled payment is processed will stop that renewal and future subscription charges.

If a payment has already been processed, its refund eligibility is determined by this policy, the executed customer agreement, and applicable law.

There is no cancellation fee.

4. Payments Already Made

Except for the seven-day introductory guarantee or other rights under the applicable agreement or law, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund or partial refund of an existing paid billing period.

We will confirm the status of your cancellation and any remaining agreed services.

5. What Happens to Your Google Business Profile?

Your Google Business Profile remains yours.

After cancellation, Envok will coordinate the conclusion of authorized services and any appropriate handoff.

If you request immediate termination or withdraw management permission, we will stop activities no longer authorized.

Envok will relinquish the applicable Google management permissions promptly, and no later than seven business days after notice, in accordance with Google's third-party requirements.

If you withdraw all management authorization in writing, we will also treat that notice as cancellation of future renewals.

Already-published Google Business Profile information may remain visible after Envok's access ends.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment processor.

We will confirm when a refund has been initiated or processed. The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

7. Free Consultations

The Free 15-Minute Google Presence Check costs nothing and does not require a subscription.

There is no fee to cancel or reschedule a free consultation.
