Envok requests Manager-level access only when needed for an authorized engagement. We do not request Google account passwords or ownership transfers.

We access, use, and report customer profile information only for authorized service purposes. Public review information may already be visible on Google's platform; nonpublic client performance information is treated as confidential business information.

We do not independently publish client testimonials or reuse nonpublic client performance data in advertisements without appropriate authorization.

4. Website Cookies and Analytics

Our website is hosted through Squarespace, which uses technologies necessary to operate and secure the website.

Depending on enabled settings, Squarespace and connected services may also use analytics or performance cookies to help us understand website traffic and usage.

Where cookie preference controls are provided, visitors can use them to manage optional cookies. Browser settings may also allow cookies to be restricted or deleted.

Third-party services may maintain their own privacy and cookie practices.

We use service providers to support our operations, including:

We disclose information only as appropriate for those purposes, with the customer's permission, or when required by law.

Referral partners may receive limited information needed to administer a disclosed referral arrangement, but do not receive private client performance reports without authorization.

We do not sell customer contact information to third-party advertisers.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and access-control measures intended to protect information, including restricted account permissions and appropriate authentication practices.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, administer customer relationships, maintain required business and accounting records, resolve disputes, protect our operations, and meet legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

Records maintained independently by Google, Squarespace, or other providers are subject to their own policies and retention practices.
